Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to manage a national retail territory, conducting food safety and sanitation audits and training store personnel on sanitation procedures. You will install dispensing equipment and work to convert customers to updated platforms while maintaining strong customer relations in your territory.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), NEHA CP-FS or equivalent certification (or plan to obtain within a year), and 2+ years in food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CP-FS certification or equivalent or to obtain within one year of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and training abilities for store sanitation teams.
• 2+ years in food safety or sanitation related work preferred.
• Proficiency with email, Excel, and Word; familiarity with auditing platforms on tablets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety and sanitation audits in the assigned territory and account list.
• Communicate significant sanitation violations to store management and recommend corrective actions.
• Install and maintain ware wash dispensing equipment.
• Train customer associates on products, systems, and sanitation procedures.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations within each account.
