Job summary

SilverRide is seeking a San Bernardino driver contractor to provide door-through-door assisted transportation for riders with mobility needs. You will support clients to and from vehicles, help with bags and mobility aids, and ensure a safe, respectful experience.

As an independent contractor on the SilverRide platform, you set your schedule, focus on safety, reliability, and compassionate service, and contribute to riders’ independence and well‑being.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years) and clean record (no DUIs; ≤2 minor violations in 3 years).
• Background checks: Pass federal/state LiveScan fingerprinting, criminal background check (no felonies or violent charges), and sex offender registry screening.
• Compliance: Willing to complete FTA/state drug testing and credentialing as required by our client.
• Service animals: Must accommodate riders with service animals (per ADA law).

Responsibilities
