Delivers an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts by supporting the management and administration of the accounts. Ensures all reports, entries, monitoring systems and other requirements are executed and maintained timely and accurately. Ensures compliance with all Bank Policy & Procedures and standards. Advises stakeholders of risk related issues and escalates as required. Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on the implementation of solutions. Maintains and enhances knowledge around lending issues, including loan structure, collateral, foreclosure, bankruptcy and the various regulations that directly impact the Bank. Manages databases and provides support for analysis, forecasting and/or data visualization, ensuring adherence with data governance standards. Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards. Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs. Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. Prepares and executes service requests, transactions, queries, etc. within relevant service level agreements; ensures information systems are updated. e.g. payments, advances, transfer, fees, payouts. Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones. Salary

Salary: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
