The role offers competitive hourly pay of $20, with quarterly bonuses, paid training, and options for on-demand DailyPay. Weekends and holidays are required during peak traffic periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy store.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and staff.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive store initiatives.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
