Job summary

Advantage Solutions in California is hiring a retail ambassador to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling and by introducing them to new products.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided. Expect 2–3 shifts per week including weekends, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 6 hours, and a safety-minded, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter who works independently and in a team
