Job summary

Fleur de Lis Analytical Laboratories is seeking a driver to sample and transport cannabis to the Missouri analytical lab. You will collect samples, review orders, and ensure deliveries comply with state laws, maintaining professional relations with staff and clients.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sit/drive for extended periods is required. Responsibilities include safe, timely deliveries, managing transport documents, and routine vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass all required pre-employment screenings.
• No disqualifying felonies for approval as a medical marijuana state agent.
• 0-1 years of experience in a government regulated laboratory
• Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Collecting cannabis samples according to standard operating procedures
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete and correct
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when transporting cannabis
• Maintaining professional relationships with staff and clients
• Delivering samples in a safe and timely manner
• Timely and effective communication
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tire, check and add fluids, etc)
• Manage documents associated with cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are maintained, and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 20 lbs
• Other duties as assigned

The driver is responsible for sampling and transportation of cannabis samples from licensed Missouri marijuana cultivators, manufactures and dispensary licensees to the analytical laboratory.
