Qualifications

• Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, and database use.

Under the general supervision of the Survey\\Sample Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for a high-quality assay sampling and timely delivery of samples while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively report to Tech Services Department to ensure that quality standards of sampling are maintained.


• Sampling includes use of shovel, other sampling equipment and mobile equipment.


• Compliance with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, environmental, confidentiality and code of conduct.


• Meets or exceeds established performance expectations set by management.


• Consistently exercises discretion and judgment in job performance.


• Works without risk or harm to self and others.


• Punctuality and regular attendance required.


• Help the department personnel to perform duties listed above.


• Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

• Must be self-motivated, able to look around and find work that needs to be done without having to be instructed.

• Must be 18 years old and presently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis.


• Requires valid driver’s license.
