Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Sample Extraction Manager in South Brunswick, NJ. You will oversee test article extraction activities for toxicology studies, supervise Sample Preparation Scientists, and ensure adherence to GLP and study protocols.

The role requires supervisory experience, a relevant scientific degree, and strong organization skills. You will coordinate with Study Directors, manage workflows, and maintain high-quality documentation to support dosing timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in toxicology, biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising test article extractions or dosing solution preparations is strongly preferred.
• Adherence to GLP and meticulous record-keeping.
• Strong integrity and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage evaluation, preparation, extraction, storage, and disposition of test articles.
• Review study protocols and client instructions to determine prep and extraction requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear, executable preparation instructions.
• Develop and issue preparation worksheets and extraction instructions.
• Coordinate schedules with Study Directors and lab personnel.
• Ensure compliance with PSL procedures and GLP in all prep activities.
• Provide hands-on support and supervise staff during extractions when needed.
• Maintain equipment, documents, and records for traceability and quality.
