MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a Same Day Surgery RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This full-time role involves 36 hours per week, day shifts, with 8- to 10-hour shifts, no call, no weekends, and no holidays. Education: Associate degree required; BSN preferred.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Same Day Surgery RN Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Same Day Surgery RN! As a Same Day Surgery RN at MercyOne, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice. Utilizing critical thinking, the RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcome-focused care for patients undergoing surgery or procedures in an outpatient setting.

Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours per week M-F day shifts 8-10hr shifts with varied start times No call No weekends No holidays

Education: Associate degree required, BSN preferred. No prior experience required. Current Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter. ACLS
