Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for the Same Day Surgery Unit at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. This full-time role offers a generous sign-on bonus up to 15K for qualified candidates and shifts from 5:00am to 7:30pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Minimum 2 years acute/critical care experience and an active RN license are required; ADN is required, BSN preferred. Join a collaborative team in a 20-bed unit focused on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and overseeing overall patient care.
