Job summary

Saint Peter's is seeking a Same Day Surgery Per Diem RN Day to join our Magnet-designated team in New Jersey. The RN will collaborate with a skilled nursing team, assess patient health status, administer medications per policy, document care meticulously, and ensure procedures align with established standards.

Must hold NJ RN licensure with BLS; ECG course completed; 1 year of experience preferred; BSN preferred. Per diem schedule and competitive benefits apply.

The Same Day Surgery Per Diem RN Day will:

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One (1) year of experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation

Salary Range:51.00 - 51.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
