Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. The role focuses on one-on-one ABA services delivered in clients' homes or community settings, and starts as part-time with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Six-month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
