Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a part-time Behavioral Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Oakland, IA. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress, with convenient scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent and an active RBT certification.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required
• Patience and compassion when working with children with Autism
• Willingness to learn and adapt in ABA therapies

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior
• Serve as part of the clinical team for skill-building and care plan implementation
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families
