CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will repair and salvage damaged products, support inbound processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in our Lean Logistics Center.

This role offers hands-on problem solving and opportunities to learn and grow within a growing company. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and a teamwork mindset.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Repair & Restore damaged products for reuse.
• Inbound support to receive shipments and ensure items are ready for processing.
• Contribute to Lean Logistics Center's efficiency improvements.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and career growth.
