Job summary

Southeast Clips is hiring full- or part-time hair stylists at our high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established client base. We offer base pay plus productivity, product commissions, and tips.

Our franchise is the largest Great Clips operator in the country and aims to deliver the highest effective wage; recent staff average around $31.26 per hour, with many earning more.

We provide ongoing virtual and hands-on training, and a $300 signing bonus to new stylists.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
• Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, styling hair.
