Job summary

• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate business acumen and knowledge of products to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Support execution of in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
