Supercuts, Inc. is hiring at a locally owned Supercuts Salon in Tennessee. We are seeking licensed cosmetologists or barbers to join our team, offering flexible scheduling, guaranteed base pay plus tips, and a steady flow of guests.

This role emphasizes guest service, professional service, and light duties like transactions and light housekeeping; training and ongoing education are provided; advancement opportunities exist to salon manager or training team.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
