Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a cosmetology license and have prior salon experience, with strong communication and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, updos, extensions and makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain salon standards and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in trainings and adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
