Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency in hair design, coloring, styling and makeup.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin, extensions.
• Perform makeup applications and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet/exceed weekly sales goals and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support store events and trainings; maintain guest service standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and salon services.
• Maintain attendance and a professional salon image.
