Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products and services. The Stylist delivers quality professional services with emphasis on guest look and contributes to sales, loyalty, and retail goals.

They support managers and must stay informed on trends and products. The role requires a cosmetology license and prior salon experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.
• Ability to build client relationships and provide guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales targets.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines; maintain salon and store cleanliness.
