Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Store Leader (Salon Manager) to guide a high-performing men’s and boys’ salon. Licensed cosmetologist or barber with coaching and operations experience preferred.

You will lead scheduling, inventory, and POS, hire and onboard stylists, and drive profitability while maintaining brand standards. Training and career growth opportunities are available, including a Manager-in-Training track.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina cosmetology or barber license
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations—scheduling, inventory, and POS—to deliver a legendary client experience
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and growth
• Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards
• Set the service standard by championing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, professional environment
• Support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring licensing, safety, and company policy compliance
