Salon Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for clients coming into the salon. This role involves managing appointments, handling transactions, and assisting with customer needs, all while keeping up with the salon's appearance.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our appointment system, as well as being able to accurately give appointments to the right nail technicians.
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Keep track of ticket commissions of the nail technicians within the salon.
• Maintain an organized reception area.
• Provide assistance to customer needs such as providing polish options and answers to questions.
• Support the nail technicians with tasks when necessary to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Perform janitorial duties such as washing, drying, and folding dry/hot towels.
• Take phone calls from potential clients and be able to schedule appointments accurately and precisely, as well as answering any questions that may arise, such as pricing and services.
