Sun Tan City in Manchester, NH is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance, foster a client-centric experience, and lead tanning consultants to success.

The role requires managing daily operations, coaching and training staff, maintaining a clean, professional salon, and achieving sales targets. You may work nights and weekends; compensation offers up to $18.00 per hour plus personal & manager bonuses and free tanning.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and coach staff.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership, with ability to coach and mentor.
• Team-building, prioritization and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support salon director duties.
• Assist in controlling revenue and expenses and maintain staffing levels.
