Job summary

Pigtails & Crewcuts Ahwatukee is seeking a talented salon manager to lead the kids' salon team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a fun, safe environment, and drive excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising receptionists and stylists, coordinating scheduling, recruiting compliant staff, managing inventory, and upholding the brand's QA standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current Cosmetology/Barber license.
• Capable of leading the salon team to provide excellent services and maximize salon volume.
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing, staff behavior, safety, appointments, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the salon team and deliver the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, staff conduct, and safety standards.
• Schedule receptionists and hairstylists to ensure adequate coverage and peak times.
• Drive recruiting efforts compliant with licensing and company requirements.
• Monitor supplies, retail, and equipment; reorder as needed.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept salon passing the QA program.

Qualifications

• You hold and maintain a current Cosmetology/Barber license
• You are capable of leading the salon team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon volume

• You can schedule receptionists and hairstylists to ensure adequate coverage for the customers and for the salon
• You can manage recruiting efforts that meet mandatory licensing and Pigtails & Crewcuts requirements
• You are capable of monitoring salon supplies, retail, and equipment including ordering new stock as needed
• You would ensure that the salon is clean, well-maintained, and ready to pass the Pigtails & Crewcuts quality assurance program
• You are passionate in delivering the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience
