As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support stylists, and cultivate a positive, team-focused culture while running the business with integrity.

Formación

• Licensed cosmetologist or barber required.
• Experience managing a salon, spa, retail, or store environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon setting.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily salon operations—scheduling, inventory, and POS to ensure a legendary client experience.
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and growth.
• Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
• Champion exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Support payroll and administrative tasks while ensuring licensing, safety, and policy compliance.
