Job summary

Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations and coach a team of stylists to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive service quality, scheduling, and profitability while maintaining the brand’s standards and training culture.

As a manager, you will ensure accurate consultations, coordinate services, and mentor staff through ongoing education and training programs offered by Supercuts.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations and performing services.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the salon’s operations and provide leadership and tools for staff to grow their clientele and the business.
• Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure high-quality guest service standards and salon profitability.
• Lead by example to deliver quality consultations and help guests duplicate looks at home.
• Ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and maintain the highest standards of service.
