Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state varies).
• Strong technical haircutting skills and ability to help others grow their skills and confidence.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports).
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
