Requis Salons seeks a Hair Stylist/Designer Manager to lead our SmartStyle salon team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will guide service quality, consultations, and daily operations while performing premium hair styling services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Aim to lead a salon and manage guest experiences.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; familiarity with store/ POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leadership and guest service; understand guest needs and offer quality consultations.
• Perform services efficiently and professionally, including cutting, coloring, waxing and other treatments.
• Close out daily transactions and support administrative tasks as needed.
