SMARTSTYLE SALON in Ponca City, OK is seeking a Salon Manager. The role leads all salon operations, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality hair services for every guest.

Ideal candidates hold a cosmetology or barber license, are flexible for evenings/weekends, tech-savvy for administrative tasks, and willing to travel for mandatory meetings and training. This is an in-person, on-site management position at a Regis franchise location.

Qualifications

• You hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• You are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks such as closing out the system.
• You can travel for mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all salon operations and provide leadership and tools for success.
• Lead staff to increase clientele and improve salon profitability while coaching best practices.
• Provide all hair care services offered and ensure high quality for every guest.
• Coach and mentor employees to maintain a positive work environment.
