Qualifications

• Active NV cosmetology license.
• Management experience preferred (salon, spa, retail or store).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, and POS to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and growth.
• Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
• Set the service standard and ensure exceptional customer service, while maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring licensing, safety, and policy compliance.
