You will coach teams, recruit and train personnel, and handle conflicts professionally. A cosmetology or barber license is required, and flexibility for evenings/weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead by example and coach salon team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with administrative tasks and basic math; tech savvy for system closes.
• Willing to travel for mandatory meetings and training sessions.
