Great Clips, a locally owned salon brand, is seeking a Salon Manager who can coach others, build strong teams, and keep the salon running at its best.

If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience, you’ll lead operations, mentor stylists, ensure excellent customer service, and help the team grow.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills to develop a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage salon operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists to deliver great haircuts.
• Maintain high customer service standards and salon performance.
• Utilize scheduling systems and performance metrics to optimize operations.
• Provide leadership and ongoing training to the team.
