You’ll implement leadership training, mentor staff, and leverage technology to improve efficiency, all while delivering outstanding results and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state/province dependent).
• Strong technical haircutting skills and ability to help others grow their skills.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
