Great Clips is hiring a Full-Time Salon Assistant Manager Stylist in San Antonio, TX. You will lead and coach a team, manage daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while delivering great haircuts with strong leadership support.

The role offers a guaranteed base wage, bonuses, tips, and a benefits package for 34+ hours per week, including health, vision, dental, and a 401k with employer contributions, plus PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (varies by state)

We are looking for a talented and friendly Full-Time Salon Assistant Manager Stylist to join our team!
Our pay range is $16.00-$40.00+ an hour, which includes a guaranteed base wage, product bonuses, performance bonuses and tips.
This open position is for 35-40+ hours a week. Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday, 9am-8pm
Saturday - 9am-6pm
Sunday - 10am-6pm
Our benefits package for stylists working at least 34 hours a week includes health, vision and dental insurance and 401k with employer contribution along with paid time off and holiday pay. Holiday bonuses, etc. apply
