Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Ann Arbor to lead a locally owned salon, coach a team, and ensure exceptional service. This role blends cutting‑floor work with admin responsibilities, empowering you to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualified licensed cosmetologists/barbers will guide and mentor staff, optimize operations, and grow professionally through the LEADS program and ongoing training. A strong team culture awaits.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:
