Job summary

Great Clips Wichita, KS is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-energy team, coach stylists, and run a top-performing salon. The role includes managing operations, delivering services, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

You’ll join a locally owned Great Clips salon with a pre-established clientele, competitive hourly wage plus tips, and full training and support across our eight-location network. Cosmetology or barber license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements may vary).
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop a strong team.
• Experience managing a busy salon and delivering great guest experiences.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
