Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to collaborate closely with our product team in designing user-friendly, high-impact salon management solutions. In addition to providing product-focused insights, this role will train and support other salon managers on our software and best practices for salon operations. A deep understanding of salon workflows, coupled with an aptitude for technology, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Work with product teams to create and refine salon management tools, ensuring features align with daily salon operations.
Operational Expertise: Advocate for salon efficiency by sharing best practices in scheduling, inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service.
Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to help salon managers effectively use Salons AI solutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor user engagement and solution effectiveness, identifying improvements to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from salon managers to guide software updates, refine existing features, and recommend new product offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Salon Management Experience: Strong background in leading and operating salons, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
