SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC in Tyler, Texas seeks a Salon Manager with cosmetology leadership to run a high-traffic Walmart-based salon. You will recruit and mentor stylists, manage schedules and inventories, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will lead by example on the floor, ensure a positive culture, and handle guest issues with professionalism, including evenings and weekends to meet peak times.

Salon Manager – High Traffic, High Growth (Cosmetology License Required)

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if your state requires it).
