This role builds the schedule, handles inventory, booking, POS, and staff management via Mangomint, while maintaining high standards on every cut for every client.

  • Prior management or lead experience in a barbershop or salon.
  • Working knowledge of men's cuts, fades, shaves, and grooming products.
  • Sharp communication — with the team and the chair.
  • Organization that holds up when the lobby's packed.
  • SC barber license preferred (or willingness to get licensed).
  • Ideas to grow CTC
