Job summary

Great Clips in Oxford, OH is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a local team and run the salon at its best. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for coaching others, building strong teams, and delivering great haircuts, this is your next step.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly wage with incentives, weekly pay, and manager bonuses. PTO and health benefits are available, with Sundays included for bonus pay in some locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements)

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
