Job summary

Great Clips salon leadership opportunity: become a Salon Manager at a locally owned Great Clips salon and lead a talented team to deliver excellent haircuts and service. If you are a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber, you’ll split time between management and providing services while building a loyal client base.

You’ll work in a supportive, drama-free environment with growth potential, coaching colleagues, and access to leadership training and tools that help the team thrive.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
