Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy salon, coach a team, and keep the operation running at peak performance. Must hold a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license and be ready to drive success through people development and excellent service.

You’ll balance leadership with hands-on styling, ensure scheduling, store metrics, and customer satisfaction while delivering on the Great Clips brand promise with support from a strong franchise network.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
