Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon team, coaching staff and driving the salon to peak performance. You will manage operations, coach stylists, and ensure outstanding customer service while delivering great haircuts in a fast-paced environment.

You will need a Cosmetology or Barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for team development. Training, supportive culture, and opportunities for growth are provided.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
