Zoom Tan in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Salon Sales Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced tanning salon.

You will recruit and train a motivated team, schedule staff, manage inventory, upsell products, and maintain a welcoming environment while meeting performance targets. This role offers uncapped commission, bonuses, and growth opportunities, with full-time benefits and a focus on long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully maintain inventory of product
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by the District Manager
• Greeting clients and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assessing clients' skin types determines the appropriate tanning equipment and lotion for their needs; thorough explanation of the tanning process, including proper positioning and safety guidelines, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintaining a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that lotions and other supplies are wellstocked.
• Upselling tanning lotions and other products to clients, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of client information, including tanning history and preferences, to ensure a personalized and consistent experience with each visit.
• Opening and closing the tanning salon on time.

Pay

$18.50 + uncapped commission and bonuses

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Selfmotivated to succeed in fast paced retail environment
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Friendly, outgoing and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Experience

• Sales experience 12 years (preferred)
