Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods up to 7 hours
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train Salon Consultants
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment
• Consult with customers in an upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close the business
• Perform daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Assist customers with tanning equipment and inquiries
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings
