Sport Clips Haircuts is seeking a dynamic Salon Coordinator to join our team and help deliver outstanding customer service while keeping salon operations smooth and organized. You will greet clients, handle calls, manage the reception area, and support sales and marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes strong organization, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn through Sport Clips training. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on Willoughby, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, front desk or salon coordination is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude and ensure a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean reception area, including retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
• Assist in retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain salon inventory; place orders for supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations from reception to the cutting floor.
• Complete secondary duties as assigned by the Store Manager such as cleaning and stocking.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including local neighborhood marketing, social media updates and promotions.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.

• Participate in Sport Clips training.
