Sport Clips Haircuts is seeking an energetic Salon Coordinator to support a fast-paced salon environment while you’re in cosmetology or barber school. Gain hands-on experience, interact with clients, and assist with scheduling and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school and at least halfway through your program.
• Passion for the hair industry and eagerness to grow your career.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a positive first impression from the moment they walk in.
• Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and help manage client flow.
• Support the salon team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment.
• Help with laundry, sanitation, stocking, station prep, and general salon upkeep.
• Participate in local marketing and social media efforts.
• Learn Sport Clips systems, customer service standards, and salon operations through ongoing training.
