Job summary
Fantastic Sams Cut & Color has an immediate need for a Salon Assistant Manager / Cosmetologist who wants to join our fun, creative and busy salon and work in a team-oriented environment. You will be behind the chair and assist in leading day-to-day operations in the salon.

Qualifications
- Must have an Arizona Cosmetology license and salon experience.
- Willing to participate in free education provided by Fantastic Sams.
- Ability to work fast-paced, busy salon environments with a team.
- Strong guest service mindset and goal-oriented professional.
Responsibilities
- Support goal setting and hold staff accountable for daily duties.
- Assist scheduling stylists for shifts and manage opening/closing.
- Help with inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with stylists to empower them and achieve goals.
- Assist behind the chair with color, highlighting and cuts.
