Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa is seeking a Salon Assistant who is currently enrolled in beauty school to learn while you work. You will support stylists, ensure client satisfaction, and gain hands-on experience in a welcoming salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stylists: support hairstylists with preparing clients, washing hair, and assisting during services.
• Client Support: maintain a clean, organized workspace and provide excellent customer service.
• Learning & Development: continue beauty education through mentorship and hands-on training with free education from industry experts.
• Salon Maintenance: help with general upkeep, organize product displays, sanitize tools, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Product Knowledge: learn about salon products and help recommend suitable products for clients' hair care needs.

Compensation: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour + Tips & Commission
