Job summary

Sally Beauty in Pace, FL is seeking a friendly and energetic Sally Beauty Advisor to assist customers, build relationships, and drive sales in a welcoming store environment.

You will learn product knowledge, explain promotions, and enroll customers in our Loyalty program while delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication with customers and team.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions from management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
